Curious if anyone in California or in any state for that matter plays the replay game for lottery scratchers? I’ve entered a ton of these damn things (every time I go to a 7-11 or grocery store I pick up the ones that have been scratched). Haven’t won once. I’d be happy if I got a plastic key chain or something! 🙂
Is their a secret? Come on! I saw some guy on the news with an armful of stuff he said he won on this game. I’m wondering if he was joshing us all?
